Once a design project is finished sending files to your clients can sometimes be an unpleasant task. They are either too many or too big (so they can’t be sent via email), or you simply cannot manage them in one place. You’ll usually need to use a 3rd party app for this task and this is why we have added a new feature that helps you deliver your files straight from Viewflux. It just takes two steps, here’s how to do it:

• Simply go to one of your projects and from the left column click on the “Deliverables” button to upload your files. You can upload a couple of well know image file formats, but you can also upload any other kind of files as long as they are archived.
• Use the “Share Deliverables” button to send the files to your client. Your client will receive a link with all the files you have added. From there, your users will be able to download one file or all files at a time.

When working on new projects, notifications are very important. Many of you have requested new ways of getting ViewFlux notifications via e-mail, so we’ve listened. You now have four different ways of getting notified:

• Immediately – you will instantly receive an email for each individual update;
• Email Digest once every X hours – you will receive an e-mail containing all the new updates (if there are any), once every X hours;
• Daily Email Digest at X – you will receive an email once a day, at the specified hour;
• Never – you will not receive any ViewFlux notifications via e-mail.

We recommend you to set your local Timezone in order to get e-mail notifications at the correct hours.

To access the e-mail notification settings go to My Account and select your preffered option for getting your ViewFlux notifications.
